Definition of knowledge objectives
The regulatory objectives are defined with the purpose of generating a favorable context for the implementation and execution of knowledge management in the organization. Regulatory objectives create a culture of trust, open-mindedness, and tolerance for failure.
The strategic knowledge objectives are defined by the executive committee as part of the organization’s strategy. The strategic objectives are translated into the organization’s competency model.
Strategic objectives are transformed into operational objectives. The operational objectives are translated into a series of competency profiles for the different positions of the organization.
