Geist Consultancy was founded in 2019 with the aim to help organizations to achieve their maximum potential, by identifying the essential competencies for every type of organization, contributing to the management of their knowledge and to the development of the talent present in the organization towards generating competitive advantage.
Since then, we have helped organizations manage their most important asset, their knowledge. That knowledge resides, in part, with the people who make up the organization. Our main task is to help organizations understand the strategic nature of their knowledge and to manage it consciously.
