Definition of knowledge objectives

We collaborate with our clients to help them understand the role that knowledge plays in achieving competitive advantages that ensure the sustainable growth of their organization in the medium and long term. Likewise, we show them what their current situation is from the point of view of knowledge management.

We help them to define a context conducive to knowledge management and to transmit the strategic importance of knowledge in the organization through information campaigns to lay the foundations for cultural change towards an organization that learns.

Through a series of workshops, we analyze the business model and the value proposition of our clients to identify and understand what the strategic knowledge is for their organization. We help them specify this strategic knowledge and guide them in integrating the objectives associated with knowledge management in the company’s strategic plan.
