Tragically, just three days before this event, one of its coordinators, Yarka Bazylevich, along with her sisters and mother, were killed by Russian forces. The bonfire is a traditional closing ceremony for scouts, known as &quot;Spark&quot;. Participants stand in a circle, cross their hands (left hand on top), and sing a song together. The idea started in 2023 when the first version of our guidebook was published. Longtime fellow Olga Vtorushina (Yadryhynskaya) connected with two independent consultants: Kristina Mirchuk (Spain) and Viktoriia Oleshko (Ukraine). Together, they built a social learning and translation team that soon included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1323\">\n<li data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1160\">\n<p data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1160\"><strong data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1085\">Oksana Oliynyk (Germany)<\/strong> \u2013 lead translator and experienced editor in communication and development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1241\">\n<p data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1241\"><strong data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1196\">Myroslava Kyrylchuk (Ukraine)<\/strong> \u2013 main language editor and published author.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1323\">\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1323\"><strong data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1273\">Samira Tymchenko (France)<\/strong> \u2013 visual design, facilitator, trainer, and coach.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1325\" data-end=\"1434\">Additionally, terminology work was coordinated by Viktoriia Oleshko with KM, community, and research experts:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1534\">\n<li data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1455\">\n<p data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1455\">Nataliia Orlova<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1479\">\n<p data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1479\">Khrystyna Yablonska<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1501\">\n<p data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1501\">Myroslava Tkachuk<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1516\">\n<p data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1516\">Alla Zhdan<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1534\">\n<p data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1534\">Nataliia Galyas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1536\" data-end=\"1565\">A Living Learning Process<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1909\">In April 2025, the team launched a <strong data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1630\">Ukrainian reading circle<\/strong> inspired by Scandinavian &#8220;videnscirkler&#8221;. Around 20 participants from diverse fields meet biweekly to read and reflect on the Ukrainian edition.
