It is based on continuous learning, through which knowledge is progressively acquired according to needs and in which the acquired experience is internalized to learn.<\/p>\n

Knowledge management is based on the principle of rich, deep and open communication and contributes to establishing an excellent awareness of the situation, which allows making the right decisions at all times.<\/p>\n
